Having worked in senior policy positions with both the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia and Ontario, Quinton has also supported public and private sector organizations across industries in achieving compliance and advancing privacy maturity, while balancing regulatory, strategic and operational perspectives. Quinton specializes in developing privacy management programs and maturity models, conducting privacy impact assessments, advising on organizational strategies to help with legislative compliance, and developing privacy-protective frameworks for race- and identity-based data collection.
