Michelle brings a breadth of knowledge from various law practices which include criminal law, insolvency, intellectual property, as well as privacy, and aims to apply overarching information processing principles as they pertain to  FIPPA and FOI requests. Having spent over 5 years in both the private and public sectors, she is well versed in the technical realm of data management and legislative compliance. Her time at the Public Prosecution Service of Canada exposed her to working with files that come in all sizes and complexity. Handling requests with varying levels of sensitivity has solidified Michelle’s ability to seamlessly adopt and implement unique data strategies to the direct benefit of the ATIS team and PrivacyWorks clients.
